• Chat Service (Crisp): We integrate Crisp as a third-party chat service to allow direct communication with our users for support and feedback. When you use the Crisp chat feature, Crisp may automatically collect certain technical information related to your device and usage for the purpose of operating their chat service (e.g., IP address, browser information, device type, and timestamps of your chat sessions). While we do not actively collect personal data from these chat interactions for our own purposes, any information you choose to provide directly within the chat (such as your name or email if you volunteer it) will be processed by Crisp. • Analytics & Crash Reporting (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics): We use these services to understand app usage, monitor performance, and diagnose crashes. They may collect device and usage data, crash logs, and unique identifiers. This helps us to improve the App's stability and features.
